A Big Week Concerning War and Peace. Is Jill Biden Running the Show?
In a series of meetings and public appearances this morning, both Trump and Zelensky confirmed their commitment to peace and an end to the war in Ukraine.

Major events in the two wars sparked by the infirmities of the Biden Administration occurred during this last week of September. Volodymyr Zelensky came to Washington and New York to campaign for Armageddon, if necessary, in Europe and beyond, in order to preserve political power, both his own and that of most of NATO’s leaders. Israel began its campaign against Hezbollah in Lebanon as the Deep State’s “interagency,” the collective occupying the U.S. presidency, fought to prevent a ground invasion and larger war.  Meanwhile, Zelensky concluded the week by begging for a meeting with Donald Trump, the presidential front runner.  Trump met with him on Friday, commencing the peace negotiation he has promised to end that war.

The current pretend President of the United States was, again, cognitively AWOL. The first cabinet meeting in months was convened last Friday, chaired by Jill Biden, with the subject matter being gaps in women’s healthcare. Other events featured Kamala Harris in lead roles. The aim in the latter exercise is to bestow the mentally vacuous Harris with an aura of gravitas that Biden himself never really had. The infirmities referred to in our lead sentence are not just Joe Biden’s senility, they are the mental infirmities which arise from delusional hubris, narcissism, arrogant entitlement and other Cluster B mental illnesses which afflict our failing elites.

Zelensky was campaigning for authority to use U.S. and British long-range missiles for strikes deep inside Russia and to involve the United States directly in the war with boots on the ground. This is a desperate move occasioned by the fact that the war is lost. Russia is grinding its way to victory on the war’s eastern front. Ukraine and most of its NATO supporters are running out of humans capable of fighting, money, and armaments. Ukraine’s population has been reduced by 50%. In his speech at the UN, Zelensky noted that Russia had destroyed all of Ukraine’s hydro and thermal energy sources as well as its grid. Any takedown of its nuclear power sources would collapse the country.

Many eastern NATO nations, like Poland and Estonia, appear to be playing again with the idea of a false flag attack on those nuclear plants which they say would necessitate their troops becoming directly involved in the war. This as the phenomenon known as General Winter approaches, causing Zelensky at the UN to allege that Putin has weaponized the weather.

The grave picture presented obviously contradicts the false narrative fed to the American people and most of Europe, to wit: that Ukraine is valiantly winning its confrontation with Russia. The exposure of the actual situation, a nation destroyed in a fight it could never win, is causing European governments to falter as populations learn the truth. The Czech president called for peace negotiations. Governments in France and Germany are one election away from being thrown out by opposition parties opposed to the war. Opposition to the war is a critical part of Donald Trump’s surging presidential campaign in the United States with Trump warning, rightfully, every day, that we are very close to nuclear catastrophe.

In a televised meeting of the Russian Security Council on Wednesday, Putin noted that Russia was in the process of revising its nuclear doctrine which would lower the threshold for use of nuclear weapons.  This review has been ongoing. The key element in his remarks is the proposal that an attack by a nonnuclear nation (Ukraine) with assistance from a nuclear power (the U.S., Britain, France) would be a condition under which Moscow would have to consider nuclear use. It is obvious that the Ukraine proposal to use advanced NATO weaponry, intelligence, and targeting to strike deep into Russia would trigger this red line.

What changes is Russia making to its nuclear doctrine?
President Vladimir Putin has clarified the conditions under which Moscow would resort to its ultimate deterrent

On September 13th, Britain’s war monger Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, had come to the White House prepared to announce that Biden and the British would proceed with this mad and desperate move, fronted by Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, granting Ukraine its wished for suicide missions into Russia. Britian is obsessed with controlling and looting Eurasia, an imperial project which, it can be argued, already caused two world wars. Regime change in Russia is the critical element of that project. But the Pentagon and some elements of the U.S. intelligence community refused to join their most recent effort to either succeed in this quest or blow up the world and Biden stood down. The British orchestrated offensive continued, however.

Zelensky came here and promptly went to Pennsylvania to sign shells intended for Russians in Scranton, with Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and Senator Bob Casey. The Scranton General Dynamics plant is the only place where shells and other armaments for this war are produced in the manufacturing deficient U.S. Zelensky stepped in it at the staged political event and in a later interview with New York magazine by criticizing both Donald Trump and JD Vance for their efforts to end the killing in Ukraine. His remarks outraged Republican Ukrainian allies in the Congress. Speaker Mike Johson called for the Ukrainian ambassador to be fired for arranging this attack on the GOP presidential slate.

Backed by the powerful political muscle of the Ukrainian diaspora organizations in the U.S., an intelligence directed grouping with living links to Ukraine’s Nazi past, Zelensky campaigned in Congress this week, meeting with members of the Ukraine Caucus in both the House and the Senate. He told them that getting the long-range missiles for strikes into Russia was more important than any further funds they could allocate. He also met personally with Harris who again stressed that the U.S. would unwaveringly support Ukraine’s suicidal mission on behalf of its British sponsors down to the last Ukrainian.

As of this writing, the opposition from the Pentagon and intelligence community appear to be holding. Having run into a brick wall, Zelensky and the British appear to be launching plan B, both seeking out meetings with presidential frontrunner Donald Trump in an effort to get him to change his position or, at the least, to reposition themselves.   Starmer had dinner with Trump on Thursday night and Zelensky is meeting with him today, Friday. Any change in Trump’s position on the war isn’t happening.  In fact, Trump used the Friday meeting to open peace negotiations, praising Zelensky as he moves to gain his confidence .

Trump spent over five minutes in his speech in North Carolina on Thursday outlining the destruction and devastation in Ukraine and laying the blame for it squarely on the Biden/Harris administration.  He was more passionate in his campaign for peace and an end to forever wars than this author has ever heard him.

In the Middle East, Israel is on the verge of a ground offensive into Lebanon in order to secure its northern territory. That area was vacated by the Israeli population when the present war began because of Hezbollah’s continuous attacks. Washington is attempting to get yet another ceasefire on the table, fearing, rightfully, the consequences of a wider war both for the Jewish state and for the wider Middle East. What is lacking here again, is a President of the United States capable of knocking heads together and enforcing a policy solution instead of vainly pleading for a return to rationality. Politically, any ceasefire would undermine Netanyahu’s political position with the Israeli population which supports the war against the terrorist Hezbollah when they were very much split about the ongoing hostage crisis and ethnic cleansing in Gaza.

In the game he has been playing, Netanyahu initially agreed to the conditions for a ceasefire with respect to Hezbollah and then publicly repudiated that position. Following a screaming match with Biden’s surrogates, according to Barak Ravid, Netanyahu conceded that he had agreed with the original ceasefire prospectus, while continuing his bombing and assassination decapitation campaign against Hezbollah.

An instructive piece appeared by Tom Friedman in the New York Times this week.

Friedman posits that Iran is using a proxy war to strangle Israel through surrogates in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Syria as an answer to the potential realignment of the Gulf States and Saudi Arabia with Israel in providing the resources and reforms for development and a true peace. He says that Israel has fallen into Iran’s strategic trap by waging war in both Gaza and Lebanon in response to the October 7th Hamas terrorist attack with no exit strategy in sight or planned --a war of attrition which will bleed the state of Israel to death.

Trump derangement syndrome prevents Friedman from referencing Donald Trump’s Abraham Accords as the key shift in the region allowing for the Sunni/Israel alliance for peace which he references. He attributes that alliance to the Biden Administration which is an absolutely false construct. In fact, Trump had created the basis for peace through the Abraham Accords and he had a standing invitation to Iran to join the party by abandoning its nuclear aspirations. On Thursday, Trump repeated that opening to Iran, surprising, once again, the Neocons in the Republican party. Trump also had an open door with Russia, creating the basis for collaboration in bringing Russia’s longstanding interests and assets in Iran, Syria, and Lebanon and other nations into agreement to Trump’s plan.

Instead, Biden, in his demented destruction of everything Trump created, destroyed the momentum of the Abraham Accords, and went to war with Russia. Now, staunching a raging religious war will prove exceedingly difficult, indeed. It is impossible with the office of the President occupied by a collective which has shown that its primary competency is creating unending conflict and millions of unnecessary deaths.
