Nicole Shanahan ads on RFK, Jr., JFK, and Trump
With RFK, Jr.'s historic endorsement of Donald Trump, we are seeing something extraordinary in U.S. politics. Nicole Shanahan, Robert Kennedy, Jr.'s running mate, has recently produced two videos being widely circulated.
The first, "Finish the Story, Bobby," provides a solid idea of what the Kennedys – at their best – represented. It begins with President Eisenhower's warning about the undue influence of the military-industrial complex. It shows clips of President John F. Kennedy's inspirational speeches; and, then, the shock of his assassination. It picks up with brother Robert F. Kennedy's campaign in 1968, offering hope, instead of despair; and, then, the shock of his assassination. It references a book about Camelot, called The Once and Future King, about the qualities of leadership in adversity. The video ends with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. joining with President Trump to Make America Healthy Again.
The second video is a fun spoof on the "talk to your doctor" ads. Do you have a friend with TDS? We have a cure: Independence.
