Election Battle 2024: Trump Gains Momentum as Kamala’s Support Crumbles
The election battle is heating up, with only 11 days until the election. Tulsi Gabbard has officially joined the GOP. There are more endorsements for Trump from steelworkers, autoworkers, and the Pakistani American PAC. Black voters in PA and GA are turning to Trump.
Trump is gaining endorsements and support from many traditional Democratic constituencies, including unions and minorities. Tulsi Gabbard, who just became a Republican put it best: Trump's new GOP "is the party of common sense and the party that is led by a President who has the courage and strength to fight for peace."
Tulsi Gabbard joins the Republican Party of President Trump
Tulsi Gabbard, who earlier this year endorsed Trump for President, has officially joined the Republican Party. She made the announcement at a Trump rally in Greensboro, NC on October 22.
It is because of my love for our country and specifically because of the leadership that President Trump has brought to transform the Republican Party that I'm proud to stand here with you today and announce that I'm joining the Republican Party. I'm joining the party of the people, the party of equality, the party that was founded to fight against and end slavery in this country. It is the party of common sense and the party that is led by a President who has the courage and strength to fight for peace.
Trump shared the statement on his YouTube channel, under the headline, "Welcome to the Party, Tulsi"

Local steelworkers attended Trump's rally and endorsed him for President
Steelworkers from the Pittsburgh area, who attended a Saturday rally for former President Donald Trump, credited his steel tariffs for saving their jobs.
Trump was joined by steelworkers at his rally in Latrobe, PA on October 19
“The president saved the steel industry with tariffs, you saved it with tariffs,” said a steelworker. “And you’re my hero, and you’re the greatest president ever. We love you. So Steelworkers for Trump and the rank-and-file Mon Valley Works wanted to endorse you.”
Steelworkers and producers in general were better off under Trump's presidency
“I was glad I got my members up there and they got to see him,” said another steelworker. “It’s like, all about my members to me, you know, meet Mr. Trump. Mr. Trump kind of saved all of our jobs with those tariffs.”
Things aren't looking good for Kamala. Even a McCain has to call out her lies.
You know things are bad for Kamala when even a McCain has to call her out. Kamala Harris told an apparently false story at a rally in Scottsdale, AZ about how Senator John McCain had told her, “Kid, you’re going to make a great Senator!” The late Senator’s daughter, Meghan, promptly posted on X: “Please don’t make me start sharing what he ACTUALLY thought about Kamala Harris. . .” In a later post, she added, “And consider this my final warning shot, I will start spilling tea.”
Arizona is a battleground state. The Washington Times, which reported the story on October 13, reached out to the Harris campaign for comment. Perhaps the most telling comment is that there has been no further report of Kamala retailing the same story.
