The American System of Economics
Between the bi-weekly Zoom meetings and the monthly in-person meetings, Texas for Trump organizers have furthered the process of making cogent the new language of the successful economics at the core of President Trump's vision. Thankfully, we have had decades of training in this thinking due to the untiring diligence of Lyndon LaRouche and our movement's rediscovery of the American System of Economics. As the physical economist LaRouche would say, "Money is an Idiot!" He elaborated in his 2007 "The Lost Art of the Capital Budget":
"The American System focuses on the production of physical wealth: manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, scientific discoveries leading to advances in human productivity, increasing wages and levels of education for the labor force. It ENSLAVES money to advancing physical prosperity for all."
The Principles of Nation Building for the Future
This provoked quite an excited dialogue between our Zoom attendees and Evelyn and Brian Lantz, recently. Brian Lantz developed, in particular, the concept of tariffs. This is not just about making money for the country, but will bring jobs back home, he explained. Consider the youth vote for Trump in the last election; this was especially important, as this was the vote for the future. If the role of financing follows the principles of nation building, this will grow the productive work force.
The Force of Love Will Sustain Us
Our in-person meeting on April 12 featured Evelyn Lantz providing a strategic update, and Marsha and Peter Bowen reporting back from their organizing foray into the nation's Capitol. The attendees became quite engaged, hearing how various Congress members responded to our articulation of the principles of a Capital Budget. And we highlighted Promethean Action's new leaflet, "Donald Trump's American System Revolution." President Trump has bet the house that Americans will rise to the challenge of being productive citizens. For that: "The Force of Love Will Sustain Us."
Help Trump Defeat the Globalists
On April 16, two Promethean Action organizers went to a Houston suburb near NASA, to get out literature and recruit people to helping President Trump restore the American System. Our call out to people was, "We're here to help Trump defeat the globalists." And they responded when we contrasted the banking dictatorship of the Federal Reserve today with the Hamiltonian approach that founded our country.
Exposing the British Empire
This led to discussions around our pamphlet, A Police Dossier: It is the British Who Murder Our Presidents. Many people know of the "world government," but never put it together as the system of the City of London finance and intelligence.
Revival of Alexander Hamilton
We talked about the increased prominence of the first U.S. Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton, whether it is from current Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, or Romanian opposition candidate Georgescu, appearing on the Tucker Carlson podcast. This is what Lyndon LaRouche and the movement he founded have been promoting for many decades.
Educating a Movement
We also talked about our trip to Washington D.C., and that we had met with the Congressmen from the area. We told these elected officials that the literature we were giving to them is exactly what we are giving to their constituents, and we are educating a movement to ensure Trump succeeds.
Two Promethean Action teams deployed to the CA Central Valley in the last week, setting up at busy post offices to talk to people, get out our literature, and raise money.
Common Sense vs Media Hysteria
The farther away you get from the "blue" pockets on the coast, the more common sense people seem to have and the less people succumb to the hysteria of the media.
Problem Solving vs Market Fear
In one town, not far from Sacramento, there was still a fair amount of fear about what's going on with "the markets" and worry about where we're headed, but a lot of good supporters, nonetheless. One guy who had worked at Tesla, at the factory in Fremont, had met Elon Musk and was impressed that he slept for nights on end at the plant until serious problems there were solved.
Mars Colonization and Space Medicine
What President Trump Can Do With the American System 2.0 was a hot item, with one young man talking about his wife, who works in space medicine and wants to work for Mars colonization. Farther east towards the foothills, Trump support was almost universal and our set-up with signs on a busy road was getting friendly honks from truckers and others all day long.
Promethean Action Trip to Washington, D.C.
People we talked to were especially moved by our recent Promethean Action trip to Washington, D.C. to spread our message.
The State Committee of the Michigan Republican Party (MIGOP) met on April 12, for the first time since its new leadership was elected in February 2025.
Trump's New GOP
Promethean Action's Susan Kokinda, who was elected as Coalitions Vice Chair, addressed the gathering and presented her plan to build on Donald Trump's tariff revolution and the 2024 Republican Party Platform to transform the party into the party of workers and producers.
UAW Endorsement of Trump's Tariffs
She pointed to the UAW's endorsement of Trump's tariffs as a "come to Jesus" moment which opened the door to bringing blue collar workers AND manufacturers together in a "Manufacturing Superpower" coalition.
Some of the new committee leaders were very enthusiastic about rebranding the party along these lines. The week before the meeting, MIGOP Chairman Jim Runestad put out a strong statement in defense of Trump's tariffs, accompanied by a fact sheet which could be used to organize others.
Re-industrializing the United States
Promethean Action’s Chairman, Mike Steger, addressed about 40 predominantly working-class Republicans in the deindustrialized Michigan town of Bay City on April 10. To the meeting of “Citizens for a Better Mid-Michigan.” he described the new world system which Donald Trump and his Administration are bringing into being around a re-industrialized United States.
Trump's Peace Proposals
The new Trump peace order is based not only on his negotiations for peace in Ukraine, but also those with Iran. Coupled with the spread of Trump’s Abraham Accords, an agreement with Iran can put an end to the Middle East as the tinderbox of wars.
Replace Globalization with a New Bretton Woods
This new peace order is the basis of a new global economic system, to replace globalization with relations among sovereign states in their own interests. Treasury Secretary Bessent has called it a “New Bretton Woods,” referring to the world monetary system launched by Franklin Roosevelt in 1944.
The discussion and questions lasted 45 minutes. Two members want to set up further events for Steger. One said, “You must run for Governor.”
Brian Lantz, author of the Promethean Action book, Rebuild the USA: The Trump Presidency and Beyond, was interviewed on the Theology by the Pint podcast of Pastor Evan McClanahan, Senior Pastor at First Lutheran Church in Houston, TX. Pastor Evan had read Lantz's book cover to cover. They discussed where theology and economics meet—American System economics and physical economy.
