In his Executive Order, Immediate Measures to Increase American Mineral Production, President Trump signed Thursday, began organizing the unleashing of US mineral extraction and processing.
President Trump is conducting an Executive order revolution to implement what the population requires and demands. Congress is standing in the way, giving the enemy a venue for attack through the courts.
Sunita (Suni) William and Butch Wilmore are back on earth after a 286 day extended mission on the International Space Station after their original Boeing spacecraft flopped and was unable to return them home.
There are many reports about how the astronauts were stranded on the station and that the last administration left them there so as to not make the incoming president look good or get credit, all absolutely true. We know the Biden/Harris administration was no damn good. That why the American people voted them out. We want to give kudos to our great President Donald Trump and SpaceX founder Elon Musk for their remarkable leadership, and to NASA and SpaceX for getting the job done. The message sent by astronauts Sunita and Butch before departing the ISS spoke volumes.
Now with that said, let's take a look at the accomplishments of this crew during their stay aboard the International Space Station. First of note, the original crew of Crew 9 was the first SpaceX crewed mission to launch from Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex 40. American Astronaut Nick Hague became the first active U.S Space Force Guardian to launch to Space since Space Force was established in 2019 during President Donald Trump's first term in office. Hague flew to the ISS alongside Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov. During the combined Expedition 71/72 Hague and Gorbunov logged 171 days in space, while Willams and Wilmore were on the ISS for 286 days.

Suni Willams participated in two space walks during her time aboard ISS. Butch Wilmore joined her in one, while Nick Hague joined the other space walk. The astronauts aboard Station participated in over 150 unique experiments and logged over 900 hours of research, including investigations in plant growth, and stem cell research to address blood disease, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. The experiments participated in by the crew added to the over 3,000 experiment done on ISS.

On Tuesday as the Crew-9 safely splashed down near Tallahassee off the coast of Florida, President Trump spoke via phone to his Russian Counterpart to discuss plans for a lasting peace and a ceasefire of the Russia Ukraine war. Cooperation in space between the former Soviet Union and the United States dates back to the early 1970's. After the ending of the U.S. Shuttle program in 2011, astronauts depended extensively on Russian Soyuz rockets to get to the space station. In 2020 SpaceX launch the first Crew Dragon Demo-2 to the ISS aboard its Falcon 9 Rocket. Now the Russian Space Agency has access to commercial crew flights through seat swap agreements.
Cooperation between the two countries is posed to grow stronger under the Trump administration. In a statement by a special envoy of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kirill Dmitriev, president for investment and economic cooperation foreign countries and chief executive of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Dmitriev announced a meeting scheduled to take place soon with Elon Musk. Russia sees big prospects to work with the United States, including in the space sector, and expects to hold talks with Elon Musk soon about flying to Mars, Dmitriev said. "We believe Musk is a unique leader, focusing on the mankind to move forward together," He added.
This year marks 25 years of continuous human presence on the International Space Station. Space cooperation is the key to lasting peace, as we expand humanities reach out into the solar system as a multi-planetary species, starting with the Moon and Mars.
Kesha has been writing on space and science for many years. She is a big advocate for President Trump’s Artemis program, NASA, commercial space, and nuclear power.
