Britain Cuts off Winter Heating Aid for Seniors, Offers Euthanasia Instead
Can the UK be re-Christianized during President Trump’s Term?
With the coronation of the Harris/Walz ticket this week, the gas-lighting machine is in full swing. But we are calling it for what it really is, "fascism with a Democratic face," a phrase floated by the elites in the 1970's. This week, we look at how people are breaking free of the psy-war, and how a laser-like focus on the new Republican Party platform and a renewed discussion of the American System can lead to victory.
Susan Kokinda: [00:00:00] Hello, everybody. Today is August 7th, and this is Susan Kokinda with your Midweek Update. In the world of gaslighting and spin, the big news, of course, is Kamala Harris pick of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, and their kickoff appearance in Philadelphia. Then there's the real world, where increasingly more and more people are living.
This week I'm going to look at both sides of that political spectrum by dusting off a phrase which was advanced by the elites back in the 1970s called fascism with a democratic face. I'm going to look at what that means, how it is playing out, and more importantly, how the American people, through the campaign and leadership of Donald Trump and J. D. Vance, can defeat it.
I want to encourage you to go to Promethean Action to get an even more in depth analysis and [00:01:00] discussion. The phrase, fascism with a democratic face or a smiling face, was uttered a few times back in the 1970s in studies that were put out by elite institutions, like the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission, as they were beginning their takedown of the advanced industrial economies of the world and replacing them with what we are living in today in the United States or in countries like Great Britain, which is wracked by riots, and France. Namely a gutted agro industrial base, a nearly disappeared middle and working class and an economy and a society dominated by a global financier parasite.
The modern version of this is you will own nothing and you will be happy. So what is fascism with a [00:02:00] smiling face? Well, maybe it should be fascism with a cackling face. And just about any picture of Kamala Harris will do. But overlay that picture with this graphic from Wikipedia on the results of the Democratic Party nominating process, which hasn't even had its convention yet.
So here we have Kamala Harris with zero delegates. Becoming the official nominee. Now, President Trump has called this a coup and yesterday he sent out a truth wondering whether Biden will challenge the fact that his presidency was unconstitutionally stolen from him by Harris and the Obama crowd. Trump also suggested that maybe Biden, knowing that he made a historically tragic mistake by handing over the U. S. presidency in a coup to the [00:03:00] people in the world he hates the most, might want it back.
But never mind that aspect of the coup. As they would have us believe, It is Donald Trump, who defeated a slew of opponents in primaries and caucuses, who is the actual threat to democracy. Or, similarly, Tulsi Gabbard, who was apparently put on a terrorist watch list not long after, she challenged the Clinton dynasty, as well as being the person who destroyed Kamala Harris's presidential campaign in the 2020 debates.
Of course, key to the oligarchy's imposition of fascism with a cackling face is full spectrum information warfare. The former British ambassador to the United States called it flooding the zone before he was forced to quit, having been [00:04:00] exposed as part of the efforts to get rid of Donald Trump during his first term.
And we've all been experiencing it with increasing ferocity since Donald Trump came down the elevator in 2015. The latest in your face example of this is what happens when you try to Google attempted assassination and find out that the Google algorithm leaves out the attempt on Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.
But the more important question is, how do we break the imposition of fascism with a democratic face? There's two aspects of this. First, break the information control. Second, You break their economic control and show people that we will no longer cater to Wall Street, as J. D. Vance said in his acceptance speech in Milwaukee.
On the first, breaking the information control, I think we're going to see a [00:05:00] pretty spectacular example of that next Monday, since Donald Trump has announced that he'll be holding a major interview with Elon Musk. Which is probably going to break the internet. Trump and his vice presidential candidate, Vance, have already been doing some really interesting other interviews.
Appearing on platforms that especially appeal to younger audiences. Vance was just interviewed by the Nelk Boys last week, who have a huge following among younger layers. In fact, their 2020 interview with Trump went viral, receiving 5 million views in 24 hours, at which time it was removed by YouTube.
The relaxed and free flowing interview with J. D. Vance shows that Vance really thinks for himself. And as interesting as the interview is, just as interesting are the comments. Here are a few which capture many, many of the 3, 000 plus comments. [00:06:00] I had no idea who J. D. was before the podcast, other than that he was a nominee.
I can confirm after watching this episode that he's the most normal, smart dude I've seen working in politics. Or another one. The most normal, weird guy I've ever watched. Or another one. This is the first time I heard him speak. He seems very down to earth with lots of common sense. Now this week Donald Trump also did an interview with Adin Ross, the 23 year old, who has millions of followers on various platforms, and again, he appeals to a younger audience.
This has set the mainstream media's hair on fire. The Independent, a British outlet, called it unhinged. Well, for anyone who watched it, and I did, it was a relaxed interview, which covered a whole lot. Energy, AI, censorship, the danger of World War III, the economic [00:07:00] crisis things which are going to affect the lives of everybody and especially the younger generation.
But all the New York Times could say about it in their subhead was, the 23 year old internet celebrity is enormous, enormously popular with a testosterone heavy demographic. I don't know what that even means, but getting out of the world of social media and media, I want to report on a real world example of what happens when the control, when the spell is broken.
This past weekend, I and several of my Promethean Action associates helped staff a local Republican Party booth at an annual street fair in a blue collar community south of Detroit. We call it Down River because we are down the river from Detroit. About 70, 000 people annually attend this fair. They come from all over the state.
In fact, there were [00:08:00] people from other states as well. For two days, our booth was mobbed with people lined up, sometimes three deep, to get Trump yard signs. We got out, I don't know, 800, 900, 100 or more. Yard signs. And, but people also wanted to be active in Trump's campaign. The Democratic Party had a booth one table away from us, and it was usually empty, as this picture shows.
What's most interesting about this is that this is in Democratic Wayne County, and the town where this street fair is usually votes Democratic by double digits. But as one vendor said, I've been watching you all day, and if this is any indication, this election is over. Well, we know the election isn't over because the oligarchy is not going to go quietly.
The escalating crisis in the Mideast, [00:09:00] which is fueled by various war crazy factions, is one such potential to upend everything. And we know that they will continue to deploy their full range of PSYOPs operations. Last week, we discussed how they are again wargaming to stop Trump's election, and if they fail, to prevent him from being able to govern.
That goes to the second aspect of breaking the fascism with a democratic face playbook, namely making clear to the population, that we are going to dismantle the fascist economic policies of the financier elite and return to the American system, which the new Republican Party platform, largely authored by Donald Trump, does.
And as I've stressed before, and I will stress again, people should read this platform. I don't believe you are [00:10:00] qualified to politically organize. For Donald Trump and JD Vance unless you've read this platform, because this is the high ground for us.
I watched Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in Philadelphia yesterday. Their attempts to address the economic crisis facing Americans were pathetic amidst all of the applause lines about reproductive freedom. Here is Tim Walz's own word salad attempt to talk about the economy, quote, Vice President Harris's idea of freedom is a ticket for education to be that ticket for the middle class. Not crippling debt, air that is clean, water that is pure, communities that are safe.
Okay. And Harris didn't do any better, of course. She talked about fighting for affordable housing, affordable health care, affordable child care, where every American has an [00:11:00] opportunity to own a home, and says prices are too high, and we have to lower the cost of living for American families.
Well, who the hell knows how they're going to do this? Where the bulk of the speech was about defending our most fundamental freedoms, namely the freedom to vote, the freedom to be safe from gun violence, the freedom to love who you love openly and with pride, and the freedom of a woman to make a decision about her own body.
The only other economic references were the lies that Trump and Vance want to cut Social Security and Medicare. Where are the fact checkers when you need them? And their continuing attempts to tie Trump and Vance to the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025, which the Trump campaign continues to shoot down in no uncertain terms.
Again, we have the high ground on this. [00:12:00] And I'm going to continue to stress the importance of the new Republican party platform, which charts a pathway out of the economic crisis with real concrete proposals that are all based on the idea of solving our problems by producing our way out of the disasters of the recent decades. And that platform opens the door further to a growing discussion about the American system as the real alternative to what Trump has called both the extreme left and the extreme right.
In fact, where the extreme left and right do coincide is in the form of corporate fascism. That discussion was advanced in an important way by Jim Rickards, who gave one of the more literate summaries of the American system on Bannon's War Room this week. And this is where we have to [00:13:00] ground the fight politically. Yes, it is easy to attack the Harris Waltz ticket as the most extreme liberal ticket in history. And it is.
But what will concretize the response that we saw at that Detroit area street fair and turn it into an unstoppable movement equipped to win the November election and to, with a laser like focus on the economy, equip people to learn how to rebuild a modern industrial economy in the 21st century and carry us into the future.
