US AID is One Node of the British “Democracy” Subversion of our Nation

In Washington, heads are exploding as Elon Musk’s audit activities put unyielding sunlight on the security state and regime change apparatus, starting with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

It had sold itself as a humanitarian relief agency, not the now exposed nest of spooks laundering millions of taxpayer dollars to Democratic media outlets and NGOs, and Trump hating Republicans, while overthrowing unfavored governments throughout the world, and participating in the coup here against Donald Trump.

Journalist Matt Taibbi aptly covered the reaction of the Blob running Washington with the headline, Nation Shrugs as Godzilla Eats Washington.

USAID is a key node of the British led Deep State, responsible for regime change, black propaganda and censorship operations, and culture wars world-wide. 

They presently exercise massive influence over every mainstream media outlet while censoring dissident voices.

The internet is ablaze about their grants for culture war activities, like using taxpayer dollars to spread trans and Gay culture in developing sector nations or softly killing a new generation of Palestinians by massive funding of condoms and abortions there.

But, as Musk says, this is not a worm in an apple but an apple full of worms.

USAID and Friends Bring the Color Revolution Home 

USAID, is part of the apparatus which was turned on the American people to create a regime change color revolution here during the first presidency of Donald Trump. 

As we will lay out, it’s not the first time it was used against America’s rebel geniuses. That occurred during the hunting and prosecution of Lyndon LaRouche. 

When Musk moves on to the

• National Endowment for Democracy,
• Freedom House,
• the U.S. Institute for Peace,
• related elements of the Defense Department,
• State Department and the CIA,

he will discover the nerve center nourishing these worms. 

But if you want to exterminate the whole satanic package, an audit of all operations conducted under Executive Order 12333 in conjunction with the British Crown and other NATO intelligence agencies since that EO’s implementation in 1981, is essential. 

Missing So Far, The British Mother

Since Roosevelt, the United States has largely functioned as the military force supporting British geopolitical schemes.

John F. Kennedy, like Donald Trump, tried to initiate an independent U.S. foreign policy. He was killed for that. Trump escaped the same fate by the hand of God.

Michael Shellenberger issued a terrific piece on Thursday, showing how Vice-President Biden’s personal CIA operative for Ukraine, Eric Ciarmella, while detailed to the Trump National Security Council, instigated Trump’s first impeachment, by using a phony dossier about Rudy Giuliani manufactured by the USAID cutout, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. 

He leaves out, however, that while USAID is OCCRP’s largest funder, it is also funded by the UK Foreign Office, various NATO governments, the usual suspect foundations, namely Ford and Rockefeller, and, of course, George Soros’ Open Society Foundation. 

The role of these foundations and the UK is essential in understanding this apparatus. 

Since Roosevelt’s death the primary British strategic obsession has been control of Eurasia, as Mike Benz repeatedly and correctly notes. 

This has led to all the endless forever wars in that area of the world and contiguous countries. The main target has been Russia, the only power straddling both Europe and Asia and the Eurasian heartland. Hence, the present slaughter in Ukraine. 

While this is documented in many locations, the complete merger of British and American intelligence operations was recently openly admitted by Bill Burns of the CIA and MI6’s Richard Moore in a conversation sponsored by the City of London’s newspaper, the Financial Times. 

The Coup Against Trump

In the putsch against Trump, put into motion in 2015 at British insistence, captive and government funded journalists collaborated in a continuous incendiary smear campaign against Trump. 

The founding legend for the “Get Trump” campaign came from the British MI6 agent Christopher Steele, his associates in British intelligence, and fabricated intelligence laundered through the British NSA, GCHQ. 

It consisted of the hideous lie that Trump was in Putin’s pocket – a Manchurian candidate. 

U.S. Government agencies – those openly involved in spreading this lie, like USAID, and labile civil servants who fell for it –engaged in “the resistance” to the agenda of the President of the United States throughout Trump’s first term.

When Robert Mueller’s corrupt special counsel investigation died for lack of any substance, the George Floyd riots and the COVID epidemic ensued.

USAID grants to Eco Health Alliance for gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology appear to have instigated the epidemic. The riots and COVID followed an impeachment orchestrated through USAID and CIA agents because Trump jeopardized the oncoming direct war with Russia in Ukraine.

All of these seditious actions set the stage for the type of election rigging which the security state has done in numerous foreign lands.

When Trump refused to yield to the fake result, the final discrediting event came in the form of the government instigated and controlled riot of January 6, 2021.  

The LaRouche Prosecutorial Prelude

This is very shocking to most. But few know their history here.

The same elements were behind the prosecution of Lyndon LaRouche, up to and including the same prosecutor, Robert Mueller. 

• First they poisoned LaRouche’s reputation through an orchestrated and government directed defamation campaign echoing the Russiagate smear campaign against Trump.
• Once he was universally cast as a “bad guy,” they told LaRouche’s investigators, he could be prosecuted successfully.
• This campaign was coordinated through a series of salons for journalists, spook cutouts like Freedom House and the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai Brith, and outright government agents, all at the specific demand of the British government. 
• The lead organizer was Wall Street and City of London financier John Train. Train had been a cofounder and editor of the Congress of Cultural Freedom’s Paris Review, a CIA and MI6 collaboration dating from his youth. He was such a Tory drone that even as a young student he disrupted a reenactment of the American Revolution by appearing in a British uniform and screaming obscenities against the Americans. 

Train’s firms served as conduits, corporate bagmen for CIA operations, including one involving George H.W. Bush’s Zapata Oil Company.  Train was close to Bush throughout his career.

Train ran CIA black propaganda campaigns in Afghanistan, through his Afghan Relief Committee quango in collaboration with the terrorist and druglord, Gulbaddin Hekmatyar, and other locations.

The recent USAID revelation, that U.S. taxpayers were funding irrigation for Afghanistan’s opium fields while defending them from eradication, is not a new obscenity involving that country.

A photo in John Train’s  New York Times obituary has him in combat gear in a helicopter in Kosovo.

Years later, FOIA litigation finally revealed that all of this was instigated by a deliberately false British claim that LaRouche was a Russian asset.

In an August 1982 classified communication, the British had demanded that the FBI takeout LaRouche based on his claimed Russian ties. 

In 1987, based on discovery and investigations emanating from the criminal case against LaRouche in Boston, and the work of the deceased super journalist Robert Parry, LaRouche’s associates published the first major expose of this apparatus, a special report entitled Project Democracy.

Project Democracy, the new Dirty Tricks, Inc.

In the Project Democracy report, we demonstrated that the idea for this apparatus came from the Trilateral Commission, specifically a task force on the governability of democracies led by Harvard’s Samuel Huntington who was then a consultant for US AID. 

Huntington claimed that democracies were in crisis. 

There was, simply, too much democracy and potential for dissent with respect to the brutal implementation of the post-industrial society which the Trilats sponsored.

Deindustrialization and its resultant social chaos would require actual corporatist-fascist forms of government. 

But it would be sold to the public as democracy promotion, fascism with a democratic face.

Out of the Trilateral meeting in Kyoto, Japan in May of 1975 came the initiative for a new institute for the “cooperative promotion of democracy.”

That’s the exact same proposal animating the mentally vacant Joe Biden when he claims to be defending democracy against the autocrat Trump, while shredding the Constitution and advancing an oligarchical dictatorship in the process.  

The premise for this, of course, is the Trilaterals’ view that governments must be conducted by an elite which uses “noble lies” to keep the lower classes in check. That is the distortion of Plato shopped around to an entire generation of conservatives by the fascist philosopher Leo Strauss. 

In early 1979, Republican National Committee Chairman and Trilat William Brock, along with DNC Chair Charles Manatt and George Agree of Freedom House, a longtime CIA cutout, founded the American Political Foundation to implement the Trilat initiative and sell it to the next American president, which ended up being Ronald Reagan.

In 1981, Reagan took the first critical step in this initiative by allowing the wholesale outsourcing and privatization of covert intelligence operations through Executive Orders 12333 and 12334.

What the CIA had previously done as black operations would now be done through:

• USAID,
• the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), 
• the U.S. Information Agency,
• and government directed and funded cutouts with plausible deniability in the form of NGOs acting as private organizations.

EO 12333 mandated that these private entities be fully protected, up to and including lying about their government relationship.

It allowed the full incorporation of George Soros and other oligarchs, spooks, journalists, NGOs and foundations into covert government operations. 

In June of 1982, Reagan had gone to the British mother ship. Speaking to the  British Parliament he announced that the United States, through the studies of the American Political Foundation, would be setting up an apparatus aimed at defeating the Soviet Union through “democracy promotion.”

Those studies resulted in the 1983 formation of the NED, the premier propaganda and regime change operation in the United States. Margaret Thatcher announced a parallel initiative called the Westminster Foundation.

In 1983, the NED was organized as a private foundation funded by Congress and CIA linked foundations, like Smith Richardson.

Congress was now read in on covert ops, effectively ending oversight. Both political parties now were operating internationally as the NED’s National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and the International Republican Institute. 

The CIA’s control of the labor movement, through the AFL-CIO’s international division, was outsourced to a labor division at NED called the Solidarity Center. The business community is represented by another center, the Center for International Private Enterprise.

Students of history will recognize the similarity of this organizational scheme to Mussolini’s organization of the Italian government. 

An Exemplary OP—the "Get LaRouche" John Train Salons

The British demand for LaRouche’s head was echoed by the most corrupt individuals in the U.S. government confessed British agent Henry Kissinger,

• Leo Cherne, heading Regan's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board but historically, through Freedom House and other operations, the representative of right wing social democrats in the CIA, 
• the disgraced J.J. Angleton and his friends at the CIA,
• and Walter Raymond, the CIA black propaganda expert deployed to the White House to construct a propaganda campaign on behalf of George H.W. Bush’s cocaine funded Contra operations in Central America.

In January of 2003, PFIAB had called for an investigation of LaRouche “under the guidelines or otherwise.” 

The “otherwise” was Executive Order 12333.

The freakout was due to LaRouche’s organizing around what would become Reagan’s SDI, a defense to nuclear war which challenged the entire British management of the post World War II rules-based order of managed insurgencies against the disfavored and “small wars.” 

When Ronald Reagan proposed the Edward Teller/LaRouche SDI on March 23, 1983, the John Train salons commenced six weeks later.

In court testimony former Reagan NSC official, Richard Morris, described a campaign against LaRouche at the White House led by Walter Raymond, Roy Godson, and EO 12333 author Kenneth deGraffenried, noting that at the time of the Train salons LaRouche was working on seven classified projects for the Reagan NSC. 

Present at the Train salons were reporters from

• NBC News,
• the New Republic,
• Reader’s Digest,
• the Wall Street Journal,
• representatives of the Richard Mellon Skaife and Smith Richardson Foundations, both being CIA cutouts,
• Mira Boland of the ADL,
• longtime FBI informant and dirty trickster John Rees,
• Roy Godson, a consultant to PFIAB and operative for CIA asset Jay Lovestone’s labor networks,
• LaRouche dirty dossier author Dennis King,
• his colleague Chip Berlet, and others, described by Berlet as “gentlemen with a government connection.”

An individual from Leo Cherne’s Freedom House provided the briefings and defamatory legends to be employed.

All of the journalists together with King produced a flood of wild defamatory pieces about LaRouche over the next two years. This was coupled with a defamation campaign from the Soviets who blamed LaRouche for Reagan’s SDI. 

The New Republic pieces, in particular, doxed LaRouche’s collaborators in the Reagan SDI effort in order to cancel any institutional support.

Their theme was that LaRouche had “infiltrated” the highest levels of the U.S. government and could not be allowed further influence there. 

No doubt, there are many other such operations under the banner of Project Democracy.

Just think where we might be if the LaRouche/Teller SDI had been fully implemented, rather than sabotaged to protect the British organization of the post World War II world.

How many of those killed in managed “small wars” would be alive now?

What new scientific feats would we have achieved by mastering the “new physical principles” involved in this project?

As Donald Trump has now embraced the SDI as a premier project for defense of the United States, isn’t it time we revealed all these crimes and held those responsible fully accountable?
